Our Rates - Virtually, anytime!!
Our rates won't break the bank because we will only charge you for the time we need to complete your job.
The below table of our rates should be considered as a guide only.
A minimum of 1 hour is invoiced, after which hourly rates will be billed in increments of 15min.
All jobs will be quoted individually and specific to your business needs.
Please be aware that quoting for transcription work is very difficult due to the fact that we have not heard the recording, but ONE recorded hour equates to 3-6 transcription hours.
Discounts are available for regular clients and for clients who would like to book our time for a prearranged number of hours each week or month.
Community groups, school, kindergarten, play groups and non profit organization are eligible for discount rates on some of our services.
Word Processing:
Basic typing - $25 hr
Transcription - $35 hr
Newsletters & Flyers - $30 hr
Mail Merges/Tables - $30 hr
Excel Spreadsheets:
Basic setup or update - $30 hr
Complex functions / formulas / macros - $35 hr
Access Database:
Create & Update Mailing Lists - $30 hr
Create Databases - $30hr
Create Data Entry Screens - $35hr
Write Queries - $35hr
Customise Reports - $35hr
General Office Administration: $30 hr
Power Point Presentations: $30 hr
Event Management: $35 hr plus costs
Promotional Material / Gifts & Hampers: $30 hr plus costs

Automotive Dealership Warranty Administration:
Including data entry of repair orders into Reynolds and Reynolds systems, transfer of claims to manufacturers in house systems eg Holden NOW, and completion of claims and authorisations, as well as uploading of the RCTI back into Reynolds.
Staff training is also available.
Please contact Bronwyn for hourly rates.
All costs include general stationary usage.
You are welcome to supply your own lables, letterhead or other stationary if you wish.
Printing of mailing lists is not considered "general" usage and the client will be charged by the box for the amount of labels required. Any leftover lables will be returned to the client.
Additional charges will be charged to a client at the prices invoiced to us.
These may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Deposits required when booking events
Excessive or professional printing services
Couriers
Purchase of gifts and hampers
Postage for large mail outs

A deposit may be required for large or complex tasks.
